Selling: The Process

The sales team at Rocodells are fully aware that selling a property can result in many a sleepless night; however, prolonged restlessness need not become habitual! Rocodells are dedicated to providing vendors with an impeccable service that aims to eradicate as much stress as possible from the entire process.

Firstly and foremost, your property will need to be valued by one of Rocodells's experienced members of staff. Such experience guarantees an accurate and realistic valuation based on the current market within your residing area. If, after their initial valuation, you wish to proceed, the formalities of selling your property will commence.

After photos have been taken and specific details of your property's dimensions have been noted, online advertisements, detailed floor plans and in-house property particulars will be produced in order to effectively market your property. Rocodells will arrange escorted viewings for both new applicants and old applicants looking to buy a similar property. Any resulting interest or criticism will be duly noted and expressed to you in the form of feedback; in addition, all reasonable offers will be presented to you and set aside for your own consideration.

If you wish to accept an offer, which will be subject to contract, a solicitor of your choice will have to be appointed in order to complete the final formalities. When both yourself and the buyer have legal representation, the buyer's special requirements will be agreed, the date of the buyer's survey(s) will be confirmed, the exchange/ completion dates will be forecasted and a contract will begin to bind.

From here, Rocodells will competently liaise with all relevant parties on your behalf and simultaneously ensure to keep you informed with any progress. As soon as signed contracts have exchanged and after all monies are present in your solicitor's account, the process of selling your home will be, rather aptly, completed.
