* Lodging the tenant's deposit with the TDS on the landlord's behalf


* Key holding

* Rent collection and subsequent monthly payments

* Setting up all utility arrangements

* Periodic management visits throughout the year where a 'management visit report' will be compiled and sent directly to the landlord

* Appointment of qualified and trust-worthy contractors to rectify any maintenance issues at the best possible rates

* Appointment of 'gas safe' registered engineers to carry out annual gas safety/ electrical inspections

* An out of office hours emergency telephone line

* Tenancy renewals
