Buying: The Process
In order to adequately find you your ideal home, Rocodells simultaneously maintain a detailed database of both potential buyers (you) and properties for sale (your potential new home).
After registering your details (you can register online, over the telephone or face-to-face) the sales team will acknowledge your search criteria, assess your current financial position and confirm whether or not your potential purchase is dependent on a property chain. If a suitable property is on the market, Rocodells will immediately proceed to arrange a viewing for you. If, after your viewing, you wish to submit an offer, the details of your offer will be confirmed and put forward to the property's vendor.
If your offer is accepted, which will be subject to contract, a solicitor of your choice will have to be appointed in order to complete the final formalities. When both yourself and the vendor have legal representation, any of your special requirements will be agreed, a property survey will be arranged, the exchange/ completion dates will be forecasted and a contract will begin to bind. From here, Rocodells will competently liaise with all relevant parties on your behalf and simultaneously ensure to keep you informed with any progress. As soon as signed contracts have exchanged and after all financial transactions have been successful, the process of buying your new home will be, rather aptly, completed.
